Portable electronic devices are very popular these days and one of the best that you can buy are the portable DVD players that allow you to watch your favourite DVD movies almost anywhere.

If anything the most important thing to look for is the average battery life as you will likely be using the portable DVD player away from home and so a long battery life is very useful indeed. You can use rechargeable batteries but a longer battery life will still mean you having to change the batteries less often and it can be very annoying when they go in the middle of a DVD and so a long battery life comes very much recommended.
Also look at the quality of the speakers as stereo is much better than the single speaker portable DVD players and a headphone socket is also very useful. This is because if you have kids in the car watching a DVD you often do not want the sound in the car as it can be distracting of if you are watching a DVD you may not want people to hear what you watching.
